Lanzarote

Lanzarote is situated in the Atlantic Ocean approximately 70 miles off the
coast of Africa the island is approx 30 miles by 11 miles and enchants the
visitor with its weird and wonderful scenery. Lanzarote is the most easterly
of the Canary Islands and local traditions have blended with modern
architecture to produce a most distinctive style. The main attractions
are the excellent climate, warm and sunny all the year round  the miles of
golden sandy beaches around the island and the many interesting places
 that make several days touring worthwhile
